I have lived here for about a year now, and I am absolutely miserable here. I guess I should go down the list of problems we've had with these people so far... First of all, our number one problem is our a/c NEVER working. Throughout the entire summer our a/c has been broken about 75% of the time, no lie. THey are supposed to come out and fix it if it is over a certain amount of degrees outside. But let me tell you, it could be a nice day outside, but that doesnt help when you live inside an apartment the size of a crackerjack box with hot air circulating. Because you see our a/c wasnt just broken, it was spewing out stifling hot air, that we could not get to shut off. Even when we told them this they refused to send somebody out to help us. We sat there for about a week and then finally could not take it anymore. We had to find somewhere else to stay for the whole next week it took for someone to come out there. But we sure had to be on time with our full amount of rent on the first of that month. It was the middle of July by the way. THese apartments are ridiculously small and run down for the amount of rent they charge here. I never thought I had this much stuff until I moved in here. Then I realized I dont have alot of stuff, theres just nowhere to put the little bit of stuff i have. And also, the windows were so beat up when we moved in here. We were actually scared to open the bedroom window because the glass looked like it would fall right out of the frame. Finally we were told that they were beginning construction to give us new windows. We were elated. Little did we know this would become a nightmare. We were sent a letter telling us to move all our things away from the windows because sometime durring that weak they would be installing the new ones. We had ALL our furniture and belongings sitting in the middle of our rooms for approx. 1 1/2 - 2 months before they got to us. There is no point comlaining to the office. They will not be of any help. To this day we still have no proper window sills. It is regular wood(no paint, no varnish, nothing)with big cracks along the border and caulk splattered everywhere. This apartment should be no more than $600.00 a month if that. And its crazy that you have to pay ALL utilities. The place just isnt worth it. And when I renew my lease this year I was informed that I will be paying an extra 30.00!! 750.00 for this piece of junk is pushing my limit. By the way I only have a 2 bdrm apt. It is basicaly impossible to save up enough money to get the h out of here because of the expense it takes a month to live here. Please do not put yourself in the position I am in right now!!

I find it funny that people complain about the size of an apartment when you decided to rent here and you yourself admitted you renewed your lease. If you were that unhappy, move. I have lived here for a few years and have loved it! The buildings are older but you see that when you drive on the property. Maintenance will take care of what you ask. I received the letter about the windows that told me they would be replaced, this was telling everyone the project was starting. They sent out another notice the week of when our building was being done. There has been change in the office but they will help you if you ask!
