We moved here 6 months ago because it was close to work and allowed pets. The reviews didn't look bad and it looks wonderful at the office area and model unit. So we signed a lease and said we could move in on the first. Well time went on and a week later we were finally able to move in. We come for our walk through and they take us to these disgusting buildings a block away that look nothing like the rest of the place. That day we were supposed to move in but they were painting and the carpets looked like somebody died on them. So they replaced the carpet. We were told we could move in the next day. I pull up and the windows are out so that's another day we had to wait. Finally we get to move in. I was told they cleaned the place top to bottom. I start checking and I find all sorts of stuff, someones paperwork, food, trash, holes in the walls. Not to mention where they put in the windows it's all busted up, not even tried to fix. This just goes to show the maintenance here is HORRIBLE. They took the tile out of the bathroom and I've asked them every month from the time I moved in to come fix it. They always say "next week" or "the end of the week" BUT they never come because they're too busy playing football behind the buildings where no one can see them. They ride carts and do donuts and play football for hours back there. If they see you they hop in the cart and speed off. You have to call a million times to get anything done. From day one our toilet wouldn't flush. So we called and they said someone would come out. They didn't. Called back. They brought a plunger. It didn't work. We called back. Same thing. Finally they said they fixed it. Nope they didn't. So I started calling after hours. It took 4 hours one night for someone to come out and they finally did it right because I stood over their shoulder the whole time.
I can't even tell you all of the small things that add up to make this place disgusting. It's NOT worth 800 a month at all. This place is a dump with a few coats of paint and new windows. The maintenance is disgusting and lazy. I'm telling you you're better off paying less and getting the same quality somewhere else.

I definitely agree to all the postings here. We had a mold problem & it took them forever to get rid of the molds. They said the leaks came back through that's the reason why the molds got even worse after they sprayed something. People @ the rental office don't even care. All they care is about money of course.
