Moved in about a year ago.

upon moving in, in february i realized i had no heat.

The problem wasnt (temporarily) fixed for about 3 days so i had to saty with my mom, and wasnt credited the 3 days.

This happened about once a month be it heat or ac.

Since the management doesnt consider ac/heat an emergency my roomate and i suffered at least 3 days out of the month.

My neighbor commited suicide NO JOKE!!! right above my apartment.

One shot to the head i heard it.

cars were broken into.

people speed through the streets.

The pool is only 5 feet deep.

the floors are uneven so the place isnt heat efficient.

The carpet sucks so dont attempt to vacuum.

I am a current resident here at Archers Green and have lived here for well over three years. Actually, my lease is about to end and I am going to renew for another year. The staff here is more than helpful and the maintenance staff takes care of any request within one to three days at the most depending on what is considered an emergency and what is not. I have lived here long enough to know and be able to say that if you do not receive a credit for something than it is due to damage that you, the resident, has caused (which should be common sense). In regards to the pool...why are you even complaining about it being five feet? If that was such a concern for you than why did you even move in because its known how big it is prior to moving in. And in my personal opinion, whether it is three feet or five it is still a very nice pool and most apartments in this area do not even have them so it should be appreciated. This is just all my opinion of course. I just do not understand why make false accusations just because you probably did not comply with your lease and are trying to take it out on other people. In regards to crime...again I have been here for a few years and have never heard anything about it. My suggestion to anyone who is concerned about this review would be to just call a police station and ask them about the crime rating. But do not believe all the negative things people say because there is usually more to the story.
