Great Place to Live!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
I have been looking over all the things said on this site and weither they are true or not I cant agree with what some of these people have to say. I have lived at Archer's Green for several years and yes my husband and I have had some maintenance issues (more than a toilet breaking) and the staff both office and maintenance were quick to respond and fix things as soon as possible. Due to my husband's service in the Navy we have to move every few years and we have lived in every type of apartment complex from military housing to regural complexes just like Archer's Green and by far this is one place that I would tell my friends to come look at when they are moving to the area. The girls in the office are always nice and there to help you when you need it and the guys on the maintenance staff know what they are doing or will flat out tell you if there is something that they cant fix and have someone that the complex hires come fix it. Granted that might take an extra day or two but you have to learn to be patient and look at it this way if you owned your own home who would fix it then and how long would you have to wait to get it fixed. As for crime in the area learn to expect it no matter where you live and protect yourself and dont blame others when you are taken advantage of. I live in a downstairs apartment and open my blinds and raise the windows when the weather is nice and I have NEVER had a problem and I have never felt unsafe at anytime even being alone when my husband is deployed. Its sad that people will break in to other people's homes and take the stuff that they worked hard to buy but that is why you keep track of the items you own and have renter's insurance to cover the stupidity of other people. I would NEVER consider any crime commited the fault of the complex where it was commited its just a fact of life that we have to deal with no matter where we live. Anyways, this is just MY OPINION and I hope anyone reading this that is considering moving to Archer's Green will come take a look at the complex and make your own judgement on if you think you would fit in and enjoy the community instead of just going by what people on sites like this have to say.
