The apartment management is horrible. I have been living at ashley trace for a little over a year unfortunately. There has been 4 property managers in that time. They are quick to put a notice on your door for whatever reason they deem necessary but if, and when, because you will have problems there is little to no responce. The ceilings in the bathrooms are going to cave in any day. The kitchen cabinetry is in poor condition and rodent infested. I would not recommend this apartment community. The staff is rude and inconsistent. The maintenance team only covers up problems but does not fix them to prevent future occurences. I had a leak from the ac unit inside the apartment that ran down the wall. The entire apartment is painted in flat paint except for the area on the wall where there were water stains. Maintenance painted that area in gloss so that they would not have to come back and take care of the stain again. This is one of the worst places to live. If you have a nice car do not come here it will be broken into as all the nice cars do. Take a ride down Leicester ave and you will see that almost every car window is taped up due to breakins. My neighbors apartment was broken into while he was out of town and management did not notify him even though his windows were broken out and his apartment was exposed for almost a week. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
