This place was dirty...plain and simple. Maintenance has gotten better but, the parking lots are filthy. Leaks...bad carpet...vinyl siding in the bathroom when it should have been tile there...paint overs to camaflouge things...Not worth it. I have to admit that the staff was for the most part friendly and it wasn't noisy at all. I could not recommend anyone move here unless they were desperate.
