not worth the headache

It looks nice but after awhile it won't seem nice. We had problems with large bugs and cockroaches multiple times. The bathroom sink water often smells like sewer so you have to let it run for awhile before its clean. Toilet flushing problems The walls are thin. Loud music and fighting happen often. We also had problems with our ceiling leaking. It looks like its just been patched over and over again. I would not renew my lease here. It is not worth the headache.
