BECAUSE PEOPLE THINK OUR BOXE(WHICH IS ALLOWED) LOOKS LIKE A PITBULL(WHICH ARE NOT ALLOWED) WE CANNOT ALLOW ANYONE TO SEE IT...YET WE CAN STILL HAVE IT. GUESS THEY CAN CLEAN UP THE PEE AND POOP IN THE APARTMENT.
