I have lived at Bayview Terrance Apartments for 2 years. The neighborhood is quiet mostly military. I think I've seen my neighbors twice in one month. I am single with no kids I feel very safe living here. They have a pool which is nice because on hot days you can relax in the water. They also have an area where you can cook out on the grill and invite a few family and friends over. The staff is very friendly.They try to call you by name. The maintenance crew is friendly as well.There are alot of apartments in this complex and they work as hard as they can to get to yours which I think is fantastic. I would recommend this neighborhood to any one its a great location.

This site is not for leasing agents to place biased reviews. If you have company over they will be towed if they do to have a proper decal. You only get one decal. If they can find parking. The pool is nice if the ex-felon life guard does not tell you all of her past convictions.

lol. parking is a little crazy. I have always had proper deacal for my company though. i am a renter.
