Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I'll list the good things first:
1. Management is very responsive and pleasant to deal with.
2. Close to bases and shopping.
3. Maintenance is also very responsive.

Ok, here's the bad:
1. Walls are thin! A definite problem if you have noisy neighbors!
2. Very few visitor parking spots.
3. Roaches
4. Rent is fairly high considering these are very outdated apartments!
