I would say overall my stay at Bondale has been average at best. The positives about this apartment complex start with a very good staff. They were always helpful and quick to take care of any issues we had. The apartments are fairly well priced for the area but they are quite small but they do have all wooden floors(which could be good or bad). The negatives are that the apartment complex itself is old. The apartments have been refinished but that still does not cover up the cracks and lumps in the floor and walls. The neighborhood is definitely not the nicest. I have had very bad experiences just with how rude people can be. I wouldn't say I feel all that safe especially at night. Sometimes parking can be a little bit difficult to find. Oh and onsite laundy is very poor. The washers and dryers were very dirty and covered in ants. Overall the apartment is ok if you are looking for a descent apartment at an affordable price but make sure you definitely check out the area before you make your decision.
