Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Not a bad apartment. Clean, attractive grounds, quick maintenance services, and low noise level are positives. We've lived here over two years with no crime problems as well. Negatives are: inadequate parking and extremely strict towing policy, swimming pool is not well maintained, washer/dryer in buildings do not work well, unfriendly office staff.
