I live in an apartment on the bottom corner.
So I only have people above me and to the side of me.
With that, I havent heard much noise, just the fact that I can hear the guy above me walking around.
(thats to be expected living in an apartment) The maintance people always come right out when we have a problem and fix it.
The staff arent the nicest people, but you dont have to deal with them that much.
I havent had a problem with my car.
A few friends got towed when we first moved in, because "guess parking" is only like 7 spots! I dont really like walking around here at night, especially when I have to park far away, but thats to expect anywhere in Norfolk.
The apartments are big if its just 2 people living in them.
The only downfall is its a little expensive.
(thats also me being a college student) And during the summer there's a swimming pool open which is great!
