I lived here for only 4 months because my husband had to leave for 6 months.

It was pretty confortable for the 2 of us and a newborn.

We had a problem with the oven but we could live with it.

I called maintenance once and they came a couple of days later.

The pest company came and I was asleep and they opened the door...that was a hell of a scare! We almost never had company over so the parking thing wasn't a problem for us but it was to some of our friends who received alot of visits.

I could hear when the people of the second floor where having sex, so the noise is a problem, but overall the apartments were ok.

the best part is that is really close to the base.
