Me and my roommate moved out there a year ago we are about to move, because our lease is up. We did not want to renew, but had alerted the management that we might have to go month to month in order to find a place. When we initially told him this he said it would be fine, and was glad to help us. Specifically I am talking about Craig in the rental office. Being that he did not currently have anyone wanting to rent our apartment I believe that's why he was so hospitable. As the end of the month approached we contacted him to tell him that we would be moving on the 5th when he told us we had to be out by the 30th, because he had a renter for the apartment. We were shocked being that we had already spoken with him and did not have anywhere to go between the 30th-5th. On numerous occasions we have received notices for past due amounts,(which we're invalid because we always paid on time) and when we would inquire, he would say he'd call us back and never did. Because it was his mistake!! He is so rude and impolite, and it seems that nobody else in the rental office can handle any business besides him, because whenever we would call we'd get transferred to him immediately!! We liked the place overall, (minus him, and the intrusive pest sprayers)!!! If customer service is not of any value to you then I recommend Breezy Point.
