The apartments are very, very small and most of the people in the neighborhood do not care about anyone else but themselves. I have a few problems:

1) The apartment complex requires decals. I was living in the complex for a year and the towing company towed my car with the decal in the car. The towing company said they couldnt see the decal. They were just lazy. Breezy Point didn't even help with the $80 it cost me to get my car out.

2) Last month, a mother of two was shot and died right outside my neighborhood.

3) Guest parking is the worst. It is very limited; therefore, if you have a guest coming to visit you, make sure they come in the early morning so they can have a parking spot.

4) The management left a letter on my door stating that they are sending me to court because I owned them $2000 in back rent and fees. They told me I had to pay or they were going to kick me out. The day before the court date, I came home from work and had a letter on my door stating we are sorry we had the wrong resident.

5) You can hear people walking up and down the stairs, people walking above you in their apartment, and people yelling and morning while making love.

6) Oh, my toliet is giving my problems. I have called multipily times for them to fix it, and it's going on a month and they still cant came.

It's your choice. There are nicer places to live in Norfolk. I wouldn't stay in Breezy Point Apartments.

You are an idiot. First off, please go back to school and learn how to spell correctly and use the right words. These apartments ARE NOT very small. I have a one bedroom, which is 750 sq feet. It's MORE than ample for 2 people. I think it is a GREAT idea that they require decals on your cars. That lets them know how lives here and can help keep the trash out! It's a shame that management left a letter on your door and YOU ignored that letter, waiting on them to take action. People make mistakes, that's human nature. I'm sure you've mad plenty of them yourself. Sure, you can hear people walking, however, some people stomp, not walk. I NEVER hear anyone making love in my apartment building, and it is full of couples. I don't believe your story about maintenance either, especially since they have have been a tremendous help when I found a stray cat and when I needed the towing company to tow people's cars who live here, but are not on the lease, so they park in guest parking. The only problem I have is that we do not have a fitness center. Aside from that, this has been one of the BEST experiences I have had, and this is my first time living on my own!
