My Fiance and I have lived here for over a year now. We plan to move once he gets back from his 6-month cruise.

For the most part its quite, but I've had to call the police at least 5 different time. Most for people Screaming and Fighting. I could understand if it was the weekend, but they were usually on weeknights, between 2-4am. Make that 6 different times, Gunshots last night.

They are VERY small. Decent Closet space. Carpets are terrible, wall repairs are very poorly done. All walls are plaster. Most they didn't even try to blend it in, they just smear it on the wall.

Unless you don't work on the base the location is not convient for anything else.

The apartment has somekind of contract with the tow company. If you have a sticker its great for you. You usually have a spot. If you have any number of guests its terrible for them. "guest parking" is usually full which leaves them to park in the very small street below.
I really enjoy the towing. It keeps the spots open for our vehicles. When I have guests I'm sure to explain the situation before they come.


BEWARE!! They use "bug spraying" as an excuse to enter the apartment w/out permission. They enter at least every other month. I was home when they "sprayed" the guy just came in walked around and left. I received a notice of a voilation they saw while they were "spraying", and they left me a letter stating they were going to enter the apartment again w/out my permission again to check that I had fixed the Violation.

For the most part the apartment isn't bad, but for the reasons listed I will NOT move here again!! I can't wait for My fiance to come home so we can Move from this Hole!

when you request for your apartment to be sprayed they give you a time table..its your obligation to be home when that time comes ..if your not then so be it..its not any of you BUMS have anything to steal good anyway

Again, "sprayings" were not requested. They enter your apt and "sprayed" w/out permission. It was kinda hard to be there when they eked in since, like most people, we do work and they were never on a specific day and time. Theft wasn't our worry, it was the lack of respect and privacy that was afforded us in our apartment. "BUMS"? Really? Try to be hurtful if you wish. I find it pathetic really, but if it makes you feel better... so be it =)
