Many pros, many cons

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
This place is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. It's usually moderately quiet (other than some yelling ghetto folk out on the street sometimes). My neighbors keep to themselves and don't cause a stir.
The management could use some improvement because they get rude with you when you request maintenance in your apartment.
The inside of the apartment is ok. Nail holes are sloppily covered with plaster and not blended in at all. Makes it very hard to hang curtains because when you try to mount the curtain rod, the plaster just crumbles off the wall. The electric receptacles are old and worn out, they don't hold plugs very well at all and some of them short out and trip a breaker.
Maintenance is way below average. When something goes wrong that is serious (eg. air/heat not working, water leaks, door locks, etc.) they are usually pretty quick on the ball. We've called, literally, over 20 times to get the receptacles, back door and flooding problem fixed. Ever time the maintenance people come in, they say "oh, I need to make a new part, I'll be back tommorow". Then they never come back until I call again.
OVERALL: The apartments are nice, the parking is moderate and the security is not bad. The maintenance needs some major help and the management could improve in their people skills.
