Not bad neighborhood. Few mins from base so there is jet noise. Mostly military and new families. Gated community is nice. Very limited guest parking. Towing is highly enforced which can be upsetting. Mntnce/mngmnt is ok. Stairs become difficult for moving furniture and if you are out of shape. Decent but smaller sized apts, even the 2 bdrms. Not a "ghetto" complex, but is outside of a lower class neighborhood. Overall, it is nice, but is not the best. I used to live in Merrimack where there was constant crime and burglaries. My neighbors and my vehicles and homes were constantly broken into or defaced, and was an overall very poor housing area. This is really nice compared to my last apt.
