If you don't mind a black lung and high insurance...

I am in agreeance with the other two reviews.

The beautiful landscaping is a facade.

Nice looking buildings and landscapers working atleast twice a week during the Summer we lived there.

While I lived there, my car was broken into and everything but the steering wheel was stolen out.

They are quick to tow the cars of paying tennants but somehow manage to leave the cars of their guests which are generally parked infront of the buildings untouched.

The security gate stays broken and the maintenence guys are known for stealing you blind...

You will learn this from neighbors in the first week.

Parties are ongoing as well as a lot of loud, fragrant, domestic disputes and lots of non-tennants will show up in the parking lots threatening to kill one another, in LARGE groups.

That was the first major clue I got after living there three weeks, that we had to get out.

Pest control is nice and you can say that you do not want the pesticide sprayed in your apartment BUT the consequence is that if there are bugs, you must pay to have them terminated (we never had this problem but we were made known of it when calling the front office) AND if you deny them but then want it done later, you MUST pay from that point on.

No dishwashers, one sided sink, crappy carpets and paint.

You pay $75.00 to have your apartment "cleaned AND painted" when you move in but we had markings and mold on our walls saying otherwise.

Washing machine that doesn't half wash and puts other people's funk and hair on your clothes and at $1.00 a wash and dry, it cost us $17.00 one night to do THREE loads of clothes.

No joke...

The dryer is crap and there are 2 washers and 2 dryers in a building with 12 apartments.

You do the math.

Air conditioners are older than your Great-Grandmothers, Mama and A MAINTENENCE GUY told us after a good 7-10 trips in one month that the parts were worn out and the air conditioners are NO LONGER made so when everyone elses air conditioners go out in the building, THAT is when they will be replaced.

We had two large trash cans that had to constantly be dumped holding the water that ruined the carpet in our childs room and BLACK MOLD growing on the walls.

Just wanted to give an HONEST testimonial and a heads up.

I honestly know no one that renewed their lease.

Not even Military on the RPP Program.

Apartments are over-priced and very small...

Construction workers are horrible and begin working before the roosters crow!

I have never had a problem with Office Staff and Craig has always been pleasant-- I'm sure everyone can be a jerk when provoked or sick-and-tired, but I found my dealings with the Office somewhat delightful while we lived there.
