When my husband and I first moved in we thought it was great no worries. We werent even living here a month before we started to notice things. First all the recepticles wouldnt hold plugs, Then we called to let them know our sink was leaking. Sure they should up that day but they didnt fix it for another week. The washer and dryers are always broken. I have had to floodings in my apt. First it was the next doors neighbors water heater busted and no one let us know that it was leaking into our place until the next morning I go into my closet and step in a pool of water that covered my feet. I called the office and to my suprise they changed the number to the office without informing their tenants. I go to drive over there and there is a note taped to my door saying there may be possible water damage. Be back tomorrow to check. I had boxes full of things that were ruined. They never showed up till 4 hours later I went over there at 7 am. While the water continued to flow. Then a month later the washer outside my door hose busted and flooded my living room. Luckily my friend was house sitting and was able to move my furniture. Here recently there was a stabbing 5 ft from my door. They claim they have courtousy patrol...Ha! The night of the stabbing I thought it was just some drunk guys being loud at first so I call maintanance for them to come by and tell them to keep it down. Sorry mame you need to call the police. 20 minutes later it got quiet and I thought everything was over. Till I heard the police outside my door. So I opened the door and theres a guy laying in the door way stabbed. After that night they sent out a letter to the apt building i was living in and the one across from me,stating we need to keep the noise down. Nothing about the stabbing. We constantly smell pot when we go to and from our home. My friend in another building, her husband was robbed and beaten. Then last week a woman was shot to death. But the office states they had no knowledge of the incident until reports where filed. So the 24 hr employees never saw the news crews or the swat team. This place is pathetic and extremely unsafe. My husband thought this place was going to be a nice neighbor hood so he would feel content leaving his family here while he was on deployment. With that said we are moving immediately!
