This place is very well upkept on the outside. The landscaping is above average and looks rather nice. While I was on deployment, somebody was stabbed right outside of my door while my wife was home. There has since been one shooting and 2 muggings that I know of. These apartments are overpriced for the service you receive. If you ever have a problem, dont plan on getting it fixed anytime soon. The maintenance people are very slow and don't do a very good job. Our apartment has flooded 3 times due to our neighbor's water heater and the horrible smelly washer that always comes unhooked from the wall in the breeze way. Noise is a big issue because there is always rap music comming from someones car. The ghetto neighbors are always out in the parking lot really late, getting drunk. If our neighbors play music, we can hear every word. Very close to the Naval base which is convenient but not worth the worries of living here. I will be moving once my lease is up. Parking spaces are smaller than normal, so its usually hard to squeeze in and out of your car because you're so close to the other ones. Not worth the 911 a month.
