I just moved into a one bedroom for cheap $641 because I am a full time student. They waived my deposit and application fee. When I got my keys to the apartment I was so excited to see how nice my home was. They also gave me a free accent wall (painted one wall a brown). The community is quite at night and there is plenty of parking. I would recommend people here, btw if you live here and send a friend and they move in, you get $250.

I lived in Breezy Pointe for 3 years. Everyone was very rude. I had things stollen from my house by the maintenance people. People would brake into my car and steal all my stuff...there was always gunshots and people fighting...also everyone had their music blasting late into the night...my son would always wake up..it was the worst experience in my life. I have a lot more to add to this list but the other things are a legal matter with Breezy Pointe.
