Not worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Residents pay ALL utilities

Rents too high for value

Maintenance is mediocre

Management Staff is cordial and cooperative

Best quality is the size of the townhomes, which you pay the utilities for - ALL of them,

I would not move here again.

Experience not horrible, but very disappointing

My advice, keep looking, make this one close to the bottom of your list
