I love the size, definitely plenty of room.
Plenty of storage and a nice little fenced in yard.

Very friendly neighborhood; have had no problems.

They DEFINITELY need to update the playground, its not adequate for small
children at all, and it ends up just being a hang out place for older kids who dont even need to be playing on a playground anymore.

No problems with maintenance at all,they've always come in a timely manner.

GREAT GREAT GREAT Location. We are minutes away from Chesapeake, downtown Norfolk, and Va Beach. You never need to travel farthur than a mile for all your shopping needs as well.

Definitely worth your buck; something like this would be priced astronomically in Virginia Beach.
