I have lived here for almost 2 years now and have not really had much of a problem with anyone that lives around here. There have been some people that can be loud but other than that its ok. I have had no problems with the front office staff or maintainance. Occasionally will a work order get misplaced but other than that they're pretty good with keeping up with everything and the manager has always listened about any concerns. When I moved into my townhouse, I had a brand new fridge and stove, this summer my dishwasher broke and they put in a new one. I like the fact that I have a lot of room in my place and love the fact that I have a backyard. Rent is very decent for what you get.
