When my husband and I first moved here we LOVED it! We had no problems with the staff or our neighbors. However, lately it's gone way downhill. The cops have been called to my street MANY times! There were mice (and not just one or two but more!) in my kitchen and all they did was put poison down and we still had a problem. I mean for goodness sake they were on my stove! My neighbor had the same problem and had to call an exterminator on her own because it was going to take a week for the complexes exterminator to get to it. My work orders have been "misplaced" or "not put in the system" too many times. Issues that were sent to the front office were not resolved in a timely manner. A year ago I would've recommended this place to anyone; but not now!
