Good Townhome for the price.

These townhomes are not bad for the price. You get an enclosed yard with a shed. The amount of space and storage alone is enough for the price you pay here. It is also centrally located from Norfolk and VA beach, with alot of shopping areas to choose from. As for bugs, you have to concider how close you are to the water. My townhome did have a problem before with the so call water bugs but I had maintance come out and spray (which they do every quarter) and I spray inside and out too. If you keep your townhome clean and do alittle upkeep yourself you would have no problems here. I have seen how some people live and they wonder why they have bugs...
