I recently visited the community looking for a place to live. I looked at the floor plans online and the square footage grabbed my attention. I was super excited to go and actually view the community. However, the lady in the office was rude and very unprofessional. She told us to help ourselves around the model and then after we showed ourselves I tried to ask questions but she basically threw the application at us. DON'T RENT HERE!!! If they can't treat a future resident with respect how do you think they will treat a resident.

I would have to agree. The Lady in the office was rude. I'm glad I went on this site a friend told me about it. I can go and spend my money else where.

You guys are right about that psycho in the leasing office!! There is something VERY VERY WRONG MENTALLY with this "woman"! She is nasty, rude, obnoxious and VERY hysterical!! Why would ANYONE(in THEIR right mind)contiue to have her in their place of business-especially handling perspective tenants/applicants?? The office boss(Mr. Foster--is that you)must be taking a few hits off the ol' pipe himself if he accepts this behavior from this "woman"! This "woman" is CRAZY! She says she's been there 20 years--maybe--obviously- she's BURNED OUT! She has to go-or you (Crown point) will continue to lose perspective tenants like myself & my husband. We had the UNFORTUNATE DISPLEASURE of talking to her(We were talking--she was SCREAMING)about information about your community-in fact I recorded her-I couldn't believe my ears! We are from out of state and saw your ad in the ApartmentGuide for august 2008 and called for details--BAD DECISION! I found myself in a verbal boxing match with this crazy "woman"!OH MY GOD!!!! If Crown Point Townhouses wishes to fill their units with people who are decent, pay their rent(On time),don't destroy the property, respect their neighbors etc...then by all means review this "woman's" so-called professional behavior when she's on the job--watch her closely--because she's chasing away your clients! Unless you guys like sitting in an unemployment office waiting for your number to be called-because NO ONE will want to live there-such as me & my husband,and many, many more-because of this "woman's" totally unacceptable, unprofessional behavior!!!Let her GO! She's NOT worth the losses!!
