I have been living at crown point for two years and have had nothing but problems with the community, to start off is the parking you are informed that you have two designated parking one in front and one in the back however people continuosly park in your spot when you go to the rental office there is nothing to be done about it, they just say you have to write a letter. I have written more letters to this office then i have in college. I tried calling the towing company and was informed that it is a public street so nothing could be done. I have a guy that lives in the townhouse behind mine that constantly likes to stare at me which is disturbing so i cant even enjoy cooking on the grill in the nice weather without feeling eyes on me. I've heard gunshots that sounded like it was in the alley behind my house. The employees in the office just brush you off whenever you have a complaint about anything and ensure that it will be taking care of when it doesn't and to top all of this off trying to speak or see the project manager is almost un heard of, because all of the office employees try to take care of it instead. So I would definitely not recommend this place. I am currently looking for something now.
