We have lived here only 3 months and so far seem to like the place. It's a decent place, and the space is very adaquate, however, every place comes with flaws! The 'neighborhood' isn't exactly ideal, but it isn't bad either...There's a lot of people that drive around with loud music, and my neighbor seems to like to have parties but it's not to bad. The worst part of this whole place is the office staff...They seem to be totally off all the time, they never answer their phone and they generally aren't to nice. But if you don't have to deal with them to often, everythings good. The actual townhome itself is nice to a point, the floors are SOOOO squeaky...
People complain about parking, they THINK we are assigned 2 spots when we aren't, we are assigned 1 in the back and the rest is street parking, people get upset about this a lot as I read in other reviews...but they cant give you a street space for yourself..you are asked to park in front and have guest on the side but it doesn't always go that way!
