I recently moved here from South Carolina, and when I was still there, I saw these townhomes on the internet and thought that they were so beautiful. I was very impressed. However, when I called the lady to get the info, she was very rude, telling me about the deposits and such. You have to pay an entire months rent as a deposit, which is just awful, but I thought: "hey this place is soo pretty, it will be worth it" I even ignored the reviews thinking that they were just people who didn't have lives trying to make it harder for someone else. So, my hubby and I made a quick weekend trip up here to look for places and we of course came to see this one.

AWFUL! and I will explain why:

The pretty pics they show of the open kitchen and everything are the RENOVATED ones only. Which make it more expensive a month and your deposit will be insane. the non-renovated ones had creaky floors and ------ appliances. with a big fat roach under the stove. (ugh!!!)no carpet, and everything is all chipped and peeling. Parking was just awful as well, people were parked all over the place, and there were so people shouting at each other in front of there place. They did not have a renovated one for us to rent, so we left, but I wouldn't have rented one anyway...it was a total mess there, inside and out and it's most def a place to stay away from.
