we have lived here going on a year and can not wait for our lease to end we have black mold growing on our walls and spreading all over the carpet which they tell me are stains the carpet appliances and everything else is out dated they do not clean up trash in the parking lot if something breaks good luck getting it fixed we didn't have bugs until about a month ago trying to get your apartment sprayed is like having a blizzard in virginia NEVER.. the bugs are so large they could take over your apartment when you turn the water on and off sounds like your pipes are going to explode my vinyl in the kitchen and foyer has never been attached to the floor and the countertops and evrything else has gaps between it the pool this past summer was only open about a quarter of the summer and YES jacks towing will tow you no matter if you have a parking pass or not my dryer broke i had to wait a week for them to come and look at it and then another 3 days to fix it.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
