Only move here if you like to pay out the A$$ for Jack's Towing all the time. MY NAME IS ON THE LEASE and I pay like a grand for this place but when I bought a new car and drove it here from out f state, the office wasn't open (of course, no surprise there, the managers like to close shop before most people are even out of traffic at the end of the day) so I didnt have a decal so OF COURSE my car got towed and I STILL had to pay $130 to get it out of the tow yard all because the managers are too lazy to have someone on call at the LEAST for parking issues''' I have never EVER seen parking so regulated, for no reason at all, and there are NO guest spaces whatsoever. If someone is in your spot, you can call and easily have them towed. Why am I being penalized for parking in one of the 2 spots that I PAY FOR every month'''''' It got so ridiculous that I MOVED OUT for almost JUST THAT REASON. But of course the tow trucks only come out around 2 or 3 in the morning so the jerks that park in my spot during the day are just fine, right' WRONG. I call myself to tow them any chance I get. And they only give you like one pass in the office and give you attitude if you ask for more so if you decide to have a friend over saturday and a different one over sunday or something like that guess what the office is CLOSED of course on Sunday so your guest will PROBABLY GET TOWED...who am I kidding' Your guest WILL get towed. Im so sick of even thinking about that. What a COMPLETE waste of money. I'm not at all surprised that this place is recommended by ZERO people. If you think I'm exaggerating, ask anyone that has lived there. I know the guys at Jack's Towing by first name I have been over there so much. This place is pathetic. I haven't even gotten started on the apartment itself. You hear sirens all day and night from the buttload of people that always get pulled over right on Military Hwy, plus there is a fire station close by. Sirens all day and night. Very old appliances, disgusting carpet, dingy walls, thin walls too you can hear everyone all around you, people partying at all hours of the night, I have had to call the cops repeatedly. Construction day and night, weird people always walking around outside to and from the 7-11...It's just all around TERRIBLE. One time there was an accounting error and I owed $12. TWELVE DOLLARS and the office girl comes beating on my door telling me that I owe $12 plus a $25 late fee because that portion of the rent was late. Are you kidding me'''''' The maintenance guy was the ONLY thing that I never had an issue with, he was really friendly and always helped me out. The girl that worked in the office hit on my husband and was very rude to everyone that came in there, either that or she was really fake nice, so much it was Bi**hy and just ugly. The day we moved in, she just yapped on and on with someone on her cell phone while we were trying to ask questions and get the lease signed, then she just abrubtly tossed us the keys and jumped in her car like there were so many other important things going on. I hope they fired her because she was pathetic.
