I moved in last year and love my experience. I had to be on a waiting list for weeks, im so happy i got an apartment here. They are a small community so i know all my neighbors! It is actually in the good part of oceanview (And thats hard to find!!!) Rent is cheap and maintanance is great! Live here if you want to save money and live happy!
