Okay people..The nasty leasing agent written about in the other reviews left.. and yes we all hated her! The knew girl is nice, young, and polite. Lynn, the former leasing agent, was rude and nasty to anyone, especially women! However Hague Towers is not dirty and in March it was true that the pool was being renovated. It is awesome, the gym is a gym.. nothing fancy. There is no purse snatching here at all! That is a lie. The parking lot has never been flooded but they put that sign up because we are so close to the Elizabeth River (beautiful view). And where else would you find all utilities included in your rent!! Plus there are million dollar mansion in the back plus the opera house, art museum and downtown attractions! It is a great place for the price. Every apartment comes with its aches and pains but this place is a steal!

The parking lot has NEVER flooded? Seriously?? Tell that to the five or six people whose cars flooded out last year. Or to all the others that swam their way out to their cars to move them to higher ground. Part of the parking lot floods EVERY time there is a high tide...throw a nor'eastern in the mix and the whole thing is under water.

The parking lot definitely floods. My girlfriend and her husbands car was totaled due to flooding. This is a MAJOR problem at the Hague.
