Then you live there for a few weeks. You find out that there are a lot more rules than they tell you. They do not provide for ways to dispose of large trash items like furniture. The door people fall asleep instead of opening the doors at night, leaving you locked outside banging on the door. The decrepit plumbing system explodes periodically, maybe once per floor every 6 months or so. That generates wonderful mildew smells at best, and coats the inside of all your cabinets with wonderful mold at worst.

The place is a 50 year old building that they try to pass off as luxury, sorry but they are just crappy apartments. Nothing special here.

Parking here sucks as well, if you get home after 10pm, expect to do a few laps around the lot looknig for a place to park. Hope one of your neighbors has an emergency and needs something so they have to leave their spot.
