I have lived here for nearly 8 months and have no problems with the complex. I am very happy here. I feel safe and think that the staff are polite and helpful. The prices are abit higher than some places in the area, but I think it is worth it to be in a place where I feel safe and don't have to pay utilities. The only time I have had trouble getting a parking space is if I got home after midnight. I like the trash chutes too, makes it easier and I dont have to carry my trash outside to the dumpster. I plan to stay here for my entire time in Norfolk and would reccomend this place to anyone who wants a safe, quiet, secure place to live. It probably wouldnt be great for people with small children, because there is no playground, etc, but it is good for single people or older couples.

I agree with this person about this place. It is such a nice secure place to live. I love it. If I could just ask if it is possible to actually clean the trash shoots? Over years the food and trash that has accummulated practically knocks your shoes off with the smell/odor when you have to open the little doors to throw your trash down. It is not the rooms. They keep them really clean!
