Not as nice as the pictures

I wish I had known about this service before I got sucked into the nice outward appearance of the complex. To sum it up, the walls are so thin you can hear phone conversations and smell cigarette (tobacco and otherwise) smoke. New management came when we renewed our lease, and I must say that everyone in the complex was screaming for our old manager to come back. All of the original office girls, except for one, left too, and their replacements were just as bad as the manager. The pool was never open on time, and they kept restricting parking spaces, which ended up being a nightmare.
I must say that maintenance workers (other than the maintenance director) were always courteous and extremely quick with complaints and problems. It was usually same day service, whether you got your request in at 9 am or 4 pm.
This would be a good place to live if it weren't for the ghetto, obnoxious, skanky income-restricted residents, and if you had some sort of privacy with thick walls.
Don't get sucked into the pictures. Appearances can be deceiving.
