and we aren't alone. We have mice!!! Yuck! So far we caught 3. Other than the rodent problem, it seems to be okay so far. The townhomes are spacious and semi-quiet. We can hear our neighbors banging around in the kitchen once in a while, but no other rooms lack privacy. I recommend requesting an end unit if you move here so you only hear one set of neighbors. It has a lot of windows, which make it nice and bright.
The layout is a little strange. It has 2 bathrooms but both are upstairs. The closets are a joke. Our so-called walk-in closet was designed by a moron. Once you get the clothes in on both sides, there is no room to walk in between them so you can't get to the clothes in the back. The closet in the hallway for linens has no door (same with the master bath linen closet). The floors are very squeaky upstairs and uneven. Storage space is very limited, although there is an attic that you can use if you put boards in there to make it sturdy. There is almost no storage in the kitchen, or even counter space for that matter. They definitely could have laid the place out better. We had to buy storage racks for almost every room.
Office staff is friendly but incompetent. I agree with the other people rating the property that they never answer the phone and are very slow getting back to you (if they even bother). Our townhouse wasn't ready on the move-in date, so we were promised money would be taken off the next month's rent. Never happened! Should have got it in writing. Maintenance is very friendly and good at taking care of problems in a timely manner.
