problems: walls are paper thin.
You can hear your neighbors having sex AND arguing every other night.
neighbors who play loud music never get warned. Most of the tenants are tacky low income people who dont care about anything.
Management is non existent. you cant get plumbing help @ 1AM even though your apartment was FLOODING. Phone calls not returned- ALL 6 of them. Neighbors are extremely loud. People rev motorcycles @ 5AM on WEEKDAYS. Roaches are all over the place. It is disgusting. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
to make matters even worse- they charged me FINES almost every month I was a resident.Wether it was for parking-because neighbors "guests" were parked in MY area. or hanging the WRONG "type" of mini blinds. last time i checked, there is no WRONG type of miniblinds to hang. I use basic white mini blinds. how can they be wrong. This cost me $100.
I would NEVER move here again.
