From reading reviews from current residents it seems things have really gone down. We didn't have too many problems. We lived there for about a year and a half and for the last 6 months of our time there we had problems with mice. We were in an end unit so we just had one neighbor that we had to hear-it wasn't too bad as my husband was in the Navy and while he would be gone for 6 months it was almost a comfort to hear somebody next to you-even if it was a mom constantly yelling at her teenage son.

The office staff is very slow to respond.You better just camp out on their doorstep and wait for an actual person to come to work. The maintenance men were really good-very fast to help with any problems.

We did have a problem moving in-I was just about to have a baby-I'm talking already was scheduled for a c-section for three weeks out. My husband was an E-4 in the Navy and they said that based on his income we could not move in till my baby was actually born. That put us living in a hotel three weeks with me about to pop and a 2 year old. So as soon as I have my baby and I'm in the hospital my husband is having to leave to go sign paperwork and get us moved in so that when we were set to leave the hospital we had a home to come home to. It just would have been nice to have had time to get everything set up before bringing in a new baby.

All in all, it wasn't too bad when we lived there and I spent most of my time there alone with two little girls while my husband was deployed. I left my apartment many times to go on a trip and never came home to anything stolen and what not.

I'm not sure what it's like now, but if it's the way it was back in the beginning of 2004-sans the mice-I wouldn't mind living there again.

nobody cares about you or your baby..stick to reviwing the apartment and not talking about your husband because nobody cares

Oh wow! That is the most insensitive and sick thing I ever have read, Yakub! You are not only an aweful manager, you are an aweful person.
