I lived there for a year. Nice townhouse to begin with but then rats and roaches every where. I had to take care of that problem myself because the management barely answers the phone. When I moved out and had the inspection done, they gave me a paperwork from the inspecting company, claiming that I had pet stains all over the house, when in fact I didn't have any pets there. I ended up paying over $800 to replace the carpets. I couldn't fight the case in court due to being in the military and being sent overseas after I moved out. So beware if you are moving there or getting ready to vacate the apts. Request that you be there when they inspect the carpets because you do have that right. Maintenance is bad and it's just too expensive there just for the fact that, I'm pretty sure, you'll be dealing with some kind of rodent within days after you move in, unless that problem has been fixed. Never would I move there again.
