Okay I haven't even move to virginia yet. My husband is due to transfer from pensacola in August and while waiting I decided to look up something that I might like. I saw the pictures on apartments.com and I was happy to find something that looked nice and then I called 6 DAYS STRAIGHT and nothing I left a message everytime with 2 numbers and times to call me and even left them with my e-mails (2) and on the 7th day they finally got a clue. I minor in english so needless to say the voice mail they had with the ghetto lady on the phone just irked me. I guess the bad service was only a prelude of what might have come. They also didn't tell me about the fact that my husband being and E-4 in the navy, made us not qualify for the low income housing which I knew nothing about. All I can say is when is comes to apartments YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR REASEARCH!!!

whats ur email so i can recommend u a few apartments..park cresent are good..any bad reviews u may have are pure exgarration..u can go there and wont see anybody its almost as if nobody lives their

No this is the type of good customer feedback that needs to be shown by you people. No attitude, no degenerative talk, and suggesting better options. Keep this type of communication up, and you will notice people portraying you as differently than they currently have.
