My Husband and I purchased an Apartment with Mariners Watch, and they absolutely are very disorganized. Customer Service is poor. They really don't have an idea of what it is to run a business. They lost several documents that I have given to them, to be penalized for it later. This place just sucks.. They need educated people here who know what they are doing.

I can not understand why anyone on the staff would respond to a comment from renters in this manner. Do they no know that if there were no renters they would have no job?!?! Instead of wasting time responding on line, they need to get off the computer and help these people because that is what they are paid to do. I am stunned that anyone from the staff would even act this way. Next time don't tell someone to shut up!!!! You shut up and fix the promblem!!!!!
