I disagree, I don't believe they are racist they are not professional at all. I am not white and I got treated the same way as the other person who pulled the racist card on 1/26/06. Everytime me and my roommate went in or called to check on the status of our application no one answered the phone, and no one was there even when we had made appointments. Luckily we didn't get approved because we were over income. But something needs to be done.....
