I've lived there for 2 years. I have never had so much trouble renewing a lease. I will not renew again here. I remember when I first moved in, it took about 4 months for them to get everything situated. They kept saying they were waiting on a paper that never came. I have not had any pest problems. The only pest problems are the ladies in the rental office

I was really interested in moving to MW, but the staff never answers the phone or e-mails.. It's like no one works there i've even driven to the complex many different times & no one is in the office.. I read all of the reviews & it's really ashame, because from the outside MW looks pretty nice, but hey looks are deceiving...

I was interested and have called several times in the past few days pretty much from opening to closing of the office and no one has answered. I recently worked in property management and know that there are many things that can be done about the problems. Call the Health Department, don't call the office with your problems, erite them letters keeping a copy for yourself. Give them a time frame to have it fixed (15 days), go to court, put rent into escrow and most of the time you can get out of your lease. That is if you are that unhappy and want to move. Anyway I am glad that I had the chance to read everyones reviews. Thanks for the info.

Mariners Watch has gone down in the last 2-3 years. Yes, Hope Gregory-Peoples is wonderful and she is about the only thing at Mariners Watch that is wonderful. I lived there and I am so happy I am no longer residing in that neighborhood. However, I feel sad for my friends that are still there. The stories of roaches, mice, and trash is so true. If you are paying a cable bill, get rid of your cable bill and just look outside your window for entertainment with all the fighting, gang fighting, outdoor group sex, etc. It is cheaper than cable, direct tv,or DISH! Keep looking or stay in public housing! LOL
