Mariners Watch

I wanted to write a review to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the NEW STAFF at mariners watch .I've been a Virginia resident for over seven years now and I've had the opportunity to visit this property many times to see friends. I could remember a time when some of the things said in some of these reviews may have been true,however this surely isn't the case these days.My brother is relocating to the area, and the location and fair pricing seemed to be the ideal place for him and his family. After picking him up from the airport this was the first property we went to visit on 7/18/08. We arrived at Mariners about 15 minutes before closing. Needless to say we were quite apprehensive about going inside for fear of getting bad quality, rushed service from people who were trying to get off and start there weekend.We experienced the complete opposite. After we apologized for arriving so close to closing I was quickly reassured that they where happy to see us. We received the type of welcoming and courteous service that all potential residents deserve.Not once did they even look at their watches or seem to care about the time. We were able to get a great tour of the grounds, model home and all of the offered amenities/facilities.when we finally checked our watches it was about an hour after closing and we were casually talking with the staff over the refreshments they offered us.Our leasing consultant Katrina Tabb was wonderful. Not only did we have a wonderful experience with her on Friday, but when we returned to make sure the application was being filled out correctly she even took the time to go over it page by page all while extended the same high quality service to other potential residents...The new property manager Hope Peoples and her staff Katrina Tabb, Danita Everett and Sophia Banks should be credited with saving this place. They have done a wonderful job with restoring Mariners watch to a beautifully landscaped village where anyone would be happy to bring their family home to..JUST GO SEE FOR YOURSELF
