I have been a resident of Mariner's Watch for three years and it has not been the best experience. I live right in front of the field and every year I have gotten a mouse. Just in the past 6 weeks I have caught 4 mice in my home and I believe there is more. I spoke to my neighbors and they have them too. Maintain is doing nothing to eradicate the problem. They came and put this little --- box in my back yard like that s going to help and they didn t even put anything is the house because I told them I have already put traps down. When I told them my neighbor had them too they said they did not call them and complain so basically they was not going to do anything. So even if I think the mice are gone they are just chillin at the neighbors. Not to mention I have a one year old. i have been wanting to move from this -------- --- apartment for years but we were just trying to hold out to buy a house. Forget that I am out this month. I broke my lease. My family should not have to live in a apartment when maintain does nothing to control the pest problem. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that the walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors clearly. you can hear them talk, ther phone ring, tv everything. its just a good look

I live in mariners watch i dont know where you live but maint has always been there to fix any of my problems and if it is that bad forget breaking lease go tell the leasing office that you need to speak to Hope Pebbles, the site manager and i promise it will be fixed the right way i have never seen the maint department act like that but if it was a man named Ed then that would make since just tell hope and it will be fixed.
