I have been a resident here at Mariner's for 5 years. I must say that this past year has been the absolute best. Talk about a change for the best. Ms. Hope (manager) is heaven sent. She and the current staff (excluding 2) work very hard at making Mariner's a great community. I am sure that it is not an easy job to deal with over 400 families, but she does it with kindness and professionalism. I must say that some of the things that are listed in other reviews were true, but I see the positive change that has occured the past year. I had made a decision last year not to renew my lease, but after meeting Ms. Hope I decided to stay another year. I really enjoy living here now. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
